- I am going to start eating healthy. I don't always have to follow a diet, but I am going to make healthy choices. The biggest change I need to make is to actually eat 3 meals per day. Most times I am in such a hurry to get everyone out the door, I fail to get myself breakfast, or pack a lunch. So either end up not eating all day, or I go out to lunch, and both aren't healthy choices!!
- I am going to start exercising daily. Even if it's not heavy exercising, or just a walk on my lunch break! It's a step in the right direction.

Blog Dare:My health commitment this year...
This year I have decided that things have to change. I do need to lose weight, but more than that, I need to get and stay healthy. So here are the two things I plan to do this year to help get myself into a healthier lifestyle.
